Terms of Service

The short version

You don't need an account to look around or use the free components. Pro renews once a year until you cancel it, and Lifetime and single components are a one-time payment. Every sale is final, and we don't give refunds. What you're allowed to do with the code itself is covered in the Licence.

About these terms

TesseraUI ("we" or "us") runs tesseraui.in. When you use the site, sign in or buy something, you're agreeing to these terms. The Licence covers what you can do with the code, and the Privacy Policy covers what we do with your data.

Who can use TesseraUI

You need to be 18 or older, or older if the age of adulthood is higher where you live. If you're using TesseraUI for your company, you're agreeing to these terms for the company as well.

Your account

You can sign in with Google, GitHub or a code we send to your email. Please don't share your sign-in with anyone, because you're responsible for whatever happens on your account. You can delete it any time from your account page.

What you can buy

Pro gets you every Pro component for a year, plus any new ones we release in that time. It renews automatically every year at the price you first paid, until you cancel.

Lifetime gets you every Pro component, plus everything we release later, for as long as TesseraUI is around. You only pay once.

A single component is just that one component, paid for once.

You'll find current prices on the Pricing page. They may change over time, but a change never affects something you've already bought.

Payments

Dodo Payments handles payments for us as our merchant of record. They take the payment, add any sales tax or VAT, and send you the receipt. Dodo's own terms also apply to your payment.

No refunds

All sales are final. You get the full source code the moment you pay, so we don't give refunds on Pro, Lifetime or single components, even if you haven't used them yet. That includes Pro's yearly renewal, so if you don't want to be charged for another year, cancel before your renewal date.

None of this takes away a right the law in your country gives you and doesn't let anyone waive.

Cancelling Pro

Just email sumit@tesseraui.in and we'll cancel Pro for you. You'll still have it until the end of the year you've paid for, and it won't renew after that. Any code you copied while you were on Pro is still yours to use, as the Licence explains.

Playing fair

Please don't try to get paid components without paying, share your access with others, attack or overload the site, or scrape it in bulk. If you do, we may close your account and cut off your access, and you won't get a refund.

If we ever close your account for some other reason, you can keep using the components you paid for under the Licence.

If you think we copied your work

Email sumit@tesseraui.in with a link to the thing on TesseraUI, a link to your original, and a short note on why it's yours. We'll look into it, and if you're right, we'll take it down.

No guarantees

We put a lot of care into the site and the components, but they come as they are. We can't promise the site will never go down, or that a component will be bug-free or right for your project. Test it in your app before you ship.

How far our responsibility goes

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses that come from using TesseraUI, such as lost profits or lost data. If we are responsible for something, the most we'll owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened.

Your side of things

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used TesseraUI, or because you broke these terms or the Licence, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

Which law applies

These terms fall under the laws of India, and disputes are handled by the courts of India. If the law where you live lets you take a claim to your local courts, you can still do that.

If these terms change

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
